The nature of your soul is
free, joyful and limitless
My own life’s journey is my biggest teacher…
I believe I never really forgot who I am. My high sensitivity and early life challenges led me to perceive the world differently from those around me. I vividly remember telling my mother at the age of 12: “Mom, I feel other people's emotions as if they were my own, but I don’t know what to do with them.”
Learning how to navigate this incredibly fine-tuned awareness of myself and my environment became an unavoidable quest during my adolescence. I started taking an early interest in psychology, questioning the seemingly ordinary, and soon realized that my path would lead me to explore my inner world and understand others' behavior.
This journey came with much pain, sorrow about being so different, and intense self-reflection. It involved frustration because my body would immediately signal when something wasn’t right through psychosomatic symptoms. It was a path filled with powerful emotions, depressive episodes, and moments of despair.
Yet every tear and every moment of doubt brought me closer – to myself and to life. Step by step, I learned to work with my body instead of against it. I began to understand and honor its signals. I shed layers of beliefs imposed on me by my ancestors and society.
I’ve gained a new understanding of who I truly am, and this journey is incredible! Looking and feeling into the depths was worth it. The gifts I’ve received from exploring the questions “Who am I? And what am I here for?” – the answer to my great WHY – have ignited a passionate flame for life.
I want to support you igniting this flame within yourself.
A holistic approach…
Even during my psychology studies, I knew that psychology alone would not provide me with the answers I was searching for. So, at the age of 19, I began practicing Vipassana meditation, reading books by Eckhart Tolle, Joe Dispenza, and other great teachers of our time. Shortly thereafter, I had my first experiences with Matrix Quantum Healing, plant medicine, various cultures, and forms of shamanism (especially Hawaiian shamanism and the Mayan culture). Through traveling and my openness to other life philosophies and ways of living, I learned so much that now flows into my work—for example, Mayan abdominal massage and de-armoring. Through a free art degree, I learned to get to know my unconscious wordlessly through shapes and colors. I expanded my repertoire with training in individual psychological existential coaching and intuitive bodywork.
Throughout, my body has always been an essential teacher and guide. Due to my high sensitivity, I had to learn early on to listen to it, and it quickly showed me when something was not in alignment with my essence. For a long time, I perceived this as a curse, but today I see what a great gift this sensitivity is—for me, but also in dealing with others. One of the greatest gifts it has given me is showing me that the way we approach the female cycle in our society does not resonate with me. Thus, I was invited to question and relearn my relationship with my cycle, femininity, sensuality, and sexuality. This journey is wonderfully adventurous, transformative, and powerful—the most educational one I could imagine. It has profoundly and sustainably changed the way I approach life!
The alchemy of life…
I am deeply grateful for everything I have been able to learn on this path—and for everything that is yet to come. I see the artwork of life in its infinite transformation, and I am deeply moved by it.
And every single person is their unique, ever-evolving part of this great masterpiece. The colors and shapes we bring into this work of life are so diverse! And we ourselves have an influence on which colors we choose.
Magic happens when we acknowledge the chipped, dull, and lifeless color and bring it back to radiance through loving presence. This transformation can unfold at its own pace and with ease. And I have realized: It becomes so much simpler and deeper when we allow ourselves to be supported. When we let ourselves be witnessed and touched. This profound realization has put me on my path—to fill the world and the hearts of people with color and vitality again.
